Rebranding for Success

Rebranding can be quite nerve-racking. You may wonder ‘how will our loyal, returning customers react to our rebrand’, but the important thing to remember is that it takes some time.

A rebrand could be more than a new logo, name, colours or a website and you have to think carefully about the image you want your business to have. If you’re merely rebranding to update your website and give it a modern feel, replacing a 1990’s logo, then it may not take too long for clients to get used to your new look.

Remember though, it’s not the logo, the name or the colours that bring clients to your business, it’s the products or services, and so long as you continue to deliver excellent products at affordable prices, your customers will continue to return, but do take the time to make sure your new changes are fitting with your business and your customers.
