1. Hire selectively – Look at qualifications, attitude experience and most importantly the history of the candidate in question. Do they move around a lot? If so, what’s to stop them doing the same at your company?
2. Flexible work schedules – Helps your staff plan work around their outside life and vice versa. This will make your employees feel comfortable and more inclined to stay.
3. Give your employees praise and recognise their good work. This doesn’t have to be a costly exercise. Sometimes a simple ‘thank you’ or ‘well done’ can go a long way.
